As the core leader of r&d, the R&D center has been committed to the introduction and training of professional talents, introducing corresponding majors to universities in many provinces and cities across the country, and attracting a large number of talents from peers and upstream and downstream enterprises.

In 2018, the new R&D building with a total area of 5,000 square meters, a total of five floors. It has set up complete supporting hardware facilities such as synthesis laboratory, application testing room, coating laboratory, large instrument room, precision instrument analysis room and so on. At the same time, it has Shanghai laboratory and Changshu Technology department to provide a multi-directional experimental verification base.
