Good News | BATF Group Selected as a Member of the Quality Think Tank of Guangdong Quality Association

On January 9, 2025, the 34th General Assembly of Members and Bay Area Quality Brand Exchange Conference, hosted by the Guangdong Quality Association, was grandly held at the Liuhua Hotel in Guangzhou. More than 300 representatives gathered, including leaders and guests from the Guangdong Science and Technology Association, the Provincial Prison Bureau, and other organizations, as well as vice presidents and representatives of the Guangdong Quality Association, invited experts from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, local and industry quality associations, and member units.

At this conference, the Guangdong Quality Association announced a piece of exciting news: Dr. Shu Jun Shu, General Manager of the Innovation Research Center of BATF Group and Director of the Shanghai Innovation Research Institute, was appointed as an expert in the Quality Think Tank of the Guangdong Quality Association. Since 2022, the Guangdong Quality Association has been promoting the construction of its Quality Think Tank to support the high-quality development of the province. According to the "Expert Team Construction and Management Measures for the Quality Think Tank," the association has been inviting experts from all sectors of society to join. The selection process for this expert pool is highly stringent, requiring candidates to have a senior technical title or hold a high-level professional technical certificate, with at least five years of industry experience. Additionally, they must be familiar with industry development trends, policies, and regulations, and hold authority in their field. Experts must also meet at least one of several professional conditions, including knowledge of quality management tools, standardization work, and more. This rigorous selection process ensures the expertise and authority of the experts in the think tank.

For the Guangdong Quality Association, establishing the Quality Think Tank is of great significance. The experts are dynamically managed and assigned to various professional committees, achieving the goal of "building and utilizing effectively." This helps harness the power of the experts' "think tank" to accelerate the formation of new productive forces, provide intellectual support for high-quality development, promote the role of leading enterprises as role models, and create a positive quality ecosystem across various fields.
